How to Order a Christmas Tree in Hong Kong?

Can i order trees for me and my friends, like a group booking?

Many off our customers order trees for blocks or buildings, this saves on delivery costs as we only charge for one delivery!

  

Do you offer a removal service for my Christmas Tree?

This year many customers have asked for a removal service, so we have added this as a service in the product section. This year we will collect your tree from your apartment - Please make sure your tree is ready for collection from 10 am on the day of collection.  If your tree is not ready or someone is not there ready for the collection we cannot return or arrange another collection - time slots are limited. 

 

When and where do you deliver?

We start delivering Christmas Trees on Saturday 25th November, with the last delivery on Tuesday 5th December.  Full details can be found on our Delivery and Collections page.

 

What happens if I miss my delivery?

In the event that you happen to be unavailable to sign for your delivery, you can arrange to leave the tree with your estate concierge/security service at your own risk or you’ll be notified by our delivery driver for another delivery attempt.

All delivery times and slots are subject to availability at the time of booking!

  

What if I would like my tree brought to my apartment door?

This year we are pleased to announce that we will now deliver directly to your door, this is inclusive in the delivery charge - our experience over the last few years is that this works best and makes the handover smoother for our customers.

We have lots of delivery options which can be seen in the table below, but please book early as we are limited to how many trees a day we can deliver.

 

Terms and Conditions

Please choice the right delivery date for you, we can change dates up to 2 weeks before your delivery,  however, dates and time could change if the container is affected by adverse weather (T8, etc). We will endeavour to deliver on the date and time of your choosing, or as near to that date as possible.

For any reason we cannot deliver to you we will offer you a full refund or part of depending on the item.

Lastly, please make sure somebody is at home to sign for the delivery. if you choice for us to drop of the tree to your estate concierge/security service please let us know but this is at your own risk!

If you would like to cancel your order you must provide 14 days' notice prior to the Saturday 25th November.
